Main features
1. Kraft paper roll slitting machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen HMI, so the operator can see all parameters on the display screen. The operator only needs to set simple data, such as roll diameter, material thickness, initial tension, etc., and the machine will run automatically.
2. The machine is equipped with automatic tension control system and hydraulic rotary unloading to make the whole process safer and more stable. In addition, we also provide the blade positioning reference function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
3. The machine can automatically feed heavy material rolls without manual operation, which is more labor-saving. All drive bearings of the machine are NSK brand, which ensures the quality of the machine.
