Product Description
U groove 608ZZ bearing roller(polyurethane concave ball-bearing wheel) is made of deep groove ball bearing(GCr15 bearing steel) and plastic materials(Polyurethane), processed by special injection molding technique.Used as a replacement roller for sliding patio door roller assemblies. U groove 608ZZ bearing roller can be mounted anywhere along a rail's T-slot or end with included mounting hardware. It can divided into many types according to different coatings, such as flat, arc, flange, U, V and H shapes. The biggest feature of this groove pulley is the high load-bearing capacity, its outer diameter is processed by special technical treatment and the contact surface will not become curve-shaped because of environmental changes, or shrinkage of plastic properties. Which may greatly increasing the product service life and loading capacity. The precision ball bearings used are specially designed and manufactured to bear the radial loads and moderate axial loads.
Its high demand is owing to the qualitative features such as less coefficient of friction, light weight, fast speed, large size range and structural, it is well-suited for rotation, oscillation and linear motion kits and widely used in rail guidance system, precision instruments, noiseless electrical machine, automobiles, motorcycles and other common machines.
