Functions

1. The machine belong to the cold heading machine, the function is the first molding and the second punching products, which is mainly used for forming the heads of the screw products, the work principle is line materials calibration, accessing lines, sending materials to the main mold, first punching initial forging, and second punching the formed blank materials and withdraw. The work gets done without any letup, the production capacity can be up to about 110-180pcs per minute, which belongs to the more advanced products in the current technology.

Cold upsetting machine is a special equipment which is mainly used for the mass production of nuts, bolts and other fasteners. It is easy to realize continuous, multi position and automatic production. The process of cutting, upsetting, accumulating, forming, chamfering, twisting, reducing diameter and trimming can be completed in sequence on the cold upsetting machine. Usually, the cold upsetting machine will automatically feed the bar into a certain degree by the feeding mechanism, and the cutting mechanism will cut it into billets, and then the clamp transmission mechanism will send it to the accumulation and punching station in turn for cold upsetting. However, the failure of the cold upsetting machine will seriously affect the normal production of the enterprise. The common failures and solutions of the cold upsetting machine are briefly introduced as follows:


1. Start button flywheel does not turn

Problem analysis: after pressing the start button, the flywheel doesn't turn. It may be that the current is not connected, the overload operation for a long time leads to stuffy car or V-belt installation is abnormal.

Solution: check whether the circuit is normal, adjust the tightness of V-belt, and hammer the wedge iron to relieve the stuffy car state.


2. The normal operation of the machine is out of order

Problem analysis: after the accident, the transmission parts are sheared and damaged, or the gear teeth are broken, and the transmission parts are damaged.

Solution: replace transmission parts, repair gears, add mechanical transmission lubricating oil.


3. Crankshaft heating

Problem analysis: there is dirt between the crankshaft and the Bush, or the hole fits the crankshaft too tightly, or the lubricating oil performance is not up to the standard, and the lubricating oil circuit is not smooth.

Solution: clean oil way and oil groove, regrinding journal and scraping shaft hole.


4. Crank slider mechanism failure

Problem analysis: the common failures of the slider mechanism are that the slider suddenly changes the closed height or the overload operation causes it to hold the stuffy car at the front dead center position.

Solution: lock the wedge, readjust the height of the slider, check the cause of the failure and eliminate it.

6.How to do machine matainance:

(1) Must clean the machine daily, clean up the dirt and ensure all oil circuit smoothly and freely.

(2) Before starting the machine, firstly lubricate the whole machine, run without parts for 5 minutes and start to work.

(3) For the new machine, must change the lubricant oil after use 10 days. And then change the oil every 30 days for the second time and the third time, after that, change the oil every 50 days.

(4) Please lubricate with high quality oil, if the oil becomes seriously black and seriously dirty, should immediately change the oil.



Common faults and Solutions of Self Drilling Screw Machine

I. high outlet temperature or exhaust temperature of compressor head

High temperature rise is a common fault in the operation of screw air compressor. Screw air compressor often runs at high temperature, which will seriously affect the exhaust volume and service life of the machine. When the temperature rise is too high, high temperature shutdown fault will occur. The reasons are as follows:

1. Temperature sensor failure. If the temperature sensor fails, it will cause the PLC to report that the temperature is too high, which will cause the shutdown.

2. Environmental temperature factors. Screw air compressor head outlet temperature is generally set at about 110 ℃, and the head outlet temperature is equal to the ambient temperature plus 60 ℃ ° ℃。 The ventilation environment under the pit is poor, most of which are caused by high temperature.

3. Temperature control valve failure. During the cold start of the compressor, the temperature control valve can make the oil bypass the cooler and directly spray into the main engine head, accelerate the oil temperature rise and prevent the condensation in the compressor. After the normal operation of the compressor, the proportion of oil flow through the cooler and bypass can be adjusted according to the oil temperature to control the injection temperature. If the temperature control valve is damaged or the action is not sensitive, a large amount of high temperature oil will directly circulate into the main engine head without cooler, resulting in high temperature of the main engine.

4. Oil filter failure. The oil filter is used to filter the dust and impurities in the oil circuit, which is easy to be blocked after a period of use, resulting in poor oil return and high host temperature( Often appears at the moment of loading)

5. Oil cut-off valve failure. The oil cut-off valve controls the reciprocating movement of oil injection through the air pressure of the air storage tank. If there is a fault, the oil circuit will be blocked and the oil temperature will be high; Impurities block the oil circuit or control gas circuit, causing the oil cut-off valve to close without oil injection, and also causing high temperature of the main engine head due to lack of oil or less oil and poor heat dissipation.

6. Insufficient lubricating oil, dirty and blocked oil cooler will cause high temperature.
